My Code

There are a few philosophies that I try to live by:

Do one thing right one time. Do it again.
Karma.
The powerful play goes on and you may contribute a verse.

The first can be applied to anything and really helps knock down the overwhelming aspects of life. It brings simplicity. The second helps combat my natural inclination toward negativity. I do believe that you receive back what you put out in the universe. The last is actually a line of poetry by Mr. Whitman (you will find other bits of him around my blog as well) and it reminds me of two things; 1) that I can make a difference and 2) that my actions have consequences. It is both a gift and a warning.

Admittedly I struggle when applying these items daily but they have made a remarkable difference in my life and I do think I would be on a much different path without them. Or at least I would be the cranky negative procrastinating non-contributing person that I naturally am a little more often lol! Now its just on weekends !
